Adorable Ideas!

I subscribe to all sorts of newsletter and websites that post the most adorable ideas.
I thought I would list the here for your reference, and so I remember them tool!

Ghiradelli Gift Box

Who doesn't love chocolate? Here's an adorable little gift box, made for you to put a few chocolates in for a friend -- or yourself!

Click here to see the instructions posted on Splitcoast Stampers.

Paper Pins

Love this technique for creating accents for my scrapbook pages. In this tutorial they created a paper pin for you to wear for Christmas. Look how shiny the paper turns out using melted UTEE.

I found a Dr. Suess Cat-in-the-Hat pictures and printed it on photo paper. Then I put Crystal Effects on the image, let it dry overnight. The next day, I trimmed all around it and placed it on a layout.

Also took pictures at an ice cream party, then made the cherry on top all shiny with this method!

Page Maps

Have you seen Becky Fleck's page maps blog? There's card ideas too!

I bought her book of scrapbooking layouts and just love that she posts new layout ideas to her website.

On the blog, you can find layouts sorted by the number of photos you need to scrap. What a great idea!

Check out the friends page, it's shows the many gals that contribute to her ideas, and their galleries.

Queen & Company

Stumbled around this website by Queen & Co.

So many companies are at the Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) Trade Show in CA. They show some of the new items on her site.

Love this layout, she uses a lot of embellishments, in a nice clean way. They had another Disney layout that I loved too!

Great ideas!

Diaper Fold Pouch

Here's another cute pouch for goodies to give as a gift -- or to decorate your own desk!

They use one sheet of double-sided paper and fold in a very cute diaper fold! What a simple method for folding a piece of paper.

Wouldn't it be cute as little wedding or shower goodie bags?!

Accordian Flower

Found this card from Stampin' Up, adorable huh?! Here's the steps:

1. Score a long strip of cardstock, can be 12 inches long by 1 1/2 inches wide. Fold along the scores to make a long accordion.
2. Adhere the ends of the long strip together.
3. Finally, turn the folded card stock into a flat flower.
4. You can use a circle punch to make the cover for the center of the flower.
5. Attach and decorate on your card!
See Michele's Stampin' Up Sale-a-Bration Catalog 2009, page 5 for all the details.

Crimped Pocket Card

Here's another adorable idea. It takes an envelope and turns it into a little gift.

1. Seal the envelope and cut off the top 1/4.
2. Decorate around the edges of the top and the bottom of the envelope.
3. Now crimp the bottom of the envelope. Embellish.
4. Cut and decorate a piece of cardstock that will fit inside.

It's so cute because the top fits as a lid. What an adorable gift card holder! See the tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers.

Goody Bags

Saw this one today in the SCS newsletter.
It's a goody bag from a lunch sack. You make the front and back.

Add some goodies and tissue paper, and your friends will love it!
See the full tutorial on Splitcoaster Stampers.

Look at the one that I think would be great as a wedding gift bag.

Nuts for You

My good friend Bev sent me this tutorial. Thanks Bev!

It's an adorable gift bag!
Looks easy to make.

I love finding new ways to fold
a favorite piece of paper into a project!

Nichole Heady has excellent step by step
instructions on her site, Capture the Moment.

Photo Cube

Found this idea on Splitcoast Stampers.

You can cut a 12x12 sheet of cardstock
into a photo cube.

Here's the steps.

You can mail it to someone,
flat, so they can assemble
and enjoy your photos!

Adorable Woven Basket!

Check out this woven basket!

How cute is this for an Easter basket?

Looks like a little bit of work,
you cut the paper and then weave
just like a Longaberger basket!

This is the cutest
bow tutorial ever!

It's hard to tie a bow, especially a small one.

This person shows how to tie the bow
with a fork! Yes, I said fork.
Follow along with her pictures,
she makes it look so easy!

Here's a video for tying a bow too!

Notepad Holder

Here's a nice gift idea, made from the Stampin' Up's file folders.
I just love these folders, since I love to organize.

See the tutorial on Patty's blog!

Here's a video on this page!

Cricut Fall Project!

Here's a creative fall book idea from Cricut.com

2010 Calendar Project!

Here's a calendar idea. Add your photo and print!
You can place these into a CD jewel case and give as a gift!

Photoshop Elements Tip!

Ok, this isn't a project, but it's a great tip for taking a group
photo and then making sure it turns out the best!
